Designed by ad agency expert Rikako Nagashim and acrylic designer Hideto Hyoudou, the mirrors look as they’re melting off walls or tables. The pieces were photographed in black and white, which complements the neutral tone of the mirrors. Despite the fact that the Mizukagami Water Mirror pieces are bold in design, when paired with the right decor they are not as loud or overpowering as you might think. According to the designer, Delikatissen, the first floor houses the common areas, a small bathroom and an apartment designed for guests who come visit. The bedrooms are on the top floor, around a common living room. Wood finishes such as wooden floors, beams and pillars connect the spaces. Doesn’t like transitional rustic house, designer seasoned the house with some modern accessories and decorations like Warhol posters, playful pillows, large scale paintings and colorful carpets, which brings a vivid and freshness to this old house.
