Calendars featuring scantily-clad models draped over coffins? There can’t be many of those around, surely? Well, there are two we know of…and there is an interesting battle between them about who was the first to come up with this idea.

An Italian casket-making company has launched its latest devilish calendar to publicize its range of wooden coffins. And in typical Italian style, bosses at Cofanifunebri decided the best way to sell more units was to drape sexy girls on their products.

Now Polish casket experts Lindner have branded them grave robbers and say they came up with the calendar idea years ago..”Our Polish girls are prettier and our coffins are better and more exclusive. It is our idea,” said furious Lindner boss Barthosz Lindner.
