The World First Kinetic Steampunk Bar

Enigma Café, the first kinetic steampunk pub is literally making history with its kinetic sculptures and sparked quite a share craze online after first appearing on the Facebook page. Designed by Romanian based designers Alexandru Tohotan and Zoltan Zelenyak, this place is full of wonders – dozens of finely designed steampunk details, rotating wheels, metallic flowers opening up on the ceiling, a live moving bird, a giant moving clock and even a robot. The works took almost two years to come to life, but the efforts are well worthwhile, offering an unparalleled experience for having your regular cup of coffee at a bar.

Check the video at the bottom to take a peek inside, and if you have chance, you can visit it at Enigma at Iuliu Maniu, Nr 12, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Photos by Zoly Zelenyak from The 6th-Sense Interiors.

Bicycle: a Interesting Bike Themed Bar in Romania

The Bicycle is a very interesting thematic bar, located in the old historical center of Bucharest, the capital of Romania. Based on owner’s idea of recycling bike parts in order to achieve an unconventional space, unique, where the furniture is handcrafted from vintage bicycles, Openspace design studio cleverly apply the theme to its interior designs – tables, chairs, bar counter and decors. The bicycle is still a project in development, because constantly, something new that refreshes the atmosphere is added. Openspace Design has projected The bicycle as a friendly space, full of creativity that can become a check point for urban cyclists, a place where they can socialize and relax.

Stunning HR Giger Bar: the Alien Skeleton Bar in Switzerland

Can you imagine stepping inside this bar? Bar? Yes, it is just a bar called “HR Giger Bar“, found at the HR Giger Museum in Gruyères, Switzerland. HR Giger Bar is a cavernous, skeletal structure covered by double arches of vertebrae that crisscross the vaulted ceiling of an ancient castle. The sensation of being in this extraordinary setting recalls the tale of Jonah and the whale, lending the feel of being literally in the belly of a fossilized, prehistoric beast, or that you have been transported into the remains of a mutated future civilization. This is a really impressive design and I bet you will have a unforgettable drinking experience inside. [source]
