In this particular case, the modern apartment touched with a very chic vibe – a contemporary interior of black and white. It is beautifully & smartly designed to be not just comfortable but also cheerful and very practical. Smartly use its height, the designer successfully uncluttered the living room, kitchen area and bed room. Instead of using doors to separate these area, symbolic pair of stairs are used to create different rooms and make the place easy to explore.
This 39 Square Meter apartment is designed by a Hong Kong Design Workshop. No colors other than white and beige are chosen for the color scheme to replicate the subtle warm glow in the house, including track lights that are hidden underneath the floating cabinets that evoke a spacious and dreamy ambience. Combining design concepts of practicality and minimalism, the residence was designed with a clean line to minimize clutter and maximize space. This is not a real loft but a loft installation designed by Luiz Fernando Grabowsky for the Casa Cor exhibition. The ambiance of it is extremely rich and playful; the high ceilings, with their industrial kind of look and the rough brick walls are in contrast to the super refined furniture. The beauty of this interior consists in the explosion of color. Orange and brown, black and grey, red and white; those vivid colors work with the open concept space and give a wonderful lively compact multi-functional living area.
