This modern apartment located in Taiwan is especially designed for a young couple who are both massive collectors – the man of the house likes to gather miniatures and toys, the lady collects objects from her traveling adventures. To have a place where can display their collections and not make it over crowded, the whole place has to be carefully designed and arranged. Designer created a wall of glass cabinets for the toys, miniatures and souvenirs, which becomes the focal point of the apartment. Instead of using a normal dinning table, a 440 centimeters long table in the living room is used. The storage under the glass cabinets doubles as seating area along the long table, perfect for having visitors over. The bedroom and living room can be separated by a move-able wall. When the wall is collapsed, a more open space is created. Besides that, the bedroom also has a hidden dressing station where lady can sit and apply their makeup.
