This enviable penthouse blessed with a rooftop terrace and a view of the famous Cologne Cathedral located in Germany, is designed and owned by the Belgian interior designer Angelo de Bock. Since the penthouse is spread over the top two floors of a five-story building, Angelo have to tackled the challenge like awkward columns and eaves during the design.

In this natural wood house everything is created and designed in such way to treat you like a king.
Japanese designer Yukio Takano builds these interesting lights using LEDs embedded in synthetic mushrooms on woods which just looks like a real thing at a quick glance. The variations in design mimic a variety of species and, just like many types of mushrooms, just not for eat. The small lights consist of LEDs that are embedded inside colorful, wavy sprouts to create a soft glow of anything from pale blue to warm yellow. Each light kit is complete with beautiful packaging, battery packs embedded in the base of the wood, and nifty retro on/off switches. The Spain-based artist, Iñaki Aliste Lizarralde, has colorfully illustrated a number of aerial diagrams mapping out the floor plan of popular TV shows like Simpsons, Friends, Sex and the City, Two and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory… The artist’s scaled blueprints account for everything from architectural design to interior furnishings, and even some iconic details, such as famed couch in The Simpsons and Carrie Bradshaw’s roomy walk-in closet on Sex and the City. They are so precise that you could probably give any of them to your interior designer and create a real world replica of your favorite pop culture apartment.
