Cj Hendry is back in New York, and this time she’s bringing her playful creativity to Rockefeller Center. From September 19 to 21, 2025, the hyperrealistic artist will transform the iconic plaza into a bustling flower market—complete with humor, bold design, and plenty of interactive fun.

Flower Market 2.0Flower Market 2.0 builds on the viral success of last year’s debut, which first opened on Roosevelt Island before moving to Industry City in Brooklyn due to overwhelming demand. This year promises to be even bigger, with 27 brand-new plush flower designs. Visitors can expect timeless favorites like roses, tulips, and sunflowers alongside more surprising choices such as anthuriums, alliums, and hyacinths. To make things even more special, Hendry has created a 28th exclusive design, available only at Top of the Rock. Fans can pre-purchase it online or snag one at the event’s box office—while supplies last.

True to Hendry’s style, the installation isn’t just about pretty visuals—it’s about immersion. Much like a real flower market, bouquets will be arranged inside sleek white boxes, lined up in pristine rows. From a distance, the space will look like a traditional flower show bursting with vivid yellows, deep reds, and soft pinks. Step closer, and you’ll see Hendry’s trademark humor at play, using plush textures and trompe-l’oeil techniques to trick the eye and spark delight.
