Talented photographers see the world differently and sometimes, they will have unusual passion about something we don’t usually pay attention to, such as chicken.
Professional photographer Moreno Monti started this passion/madness for chickens from a bird show. And with his work partner Matteo Tranchellini‘s help, they created their first photographic book Chic!ken (check it on amazon) about the hidden beauty of chickens. And the two talents didn’t stop there. They started to question themselves, what is the next?
After put some of the beautiful chickens together and found them actually fell in love. (Hmmm… how you can tell?) They decided to make another book – Chicken Couples. According to the Moreno and Matteo “This work is a tribute to love and diversity because you know, love is love. No matter who and no matter how. They are beautiful and look like real couples in life.”
Although I am not sure are these chickens are really couples or how much they love each other. I still need to say, the photos are amazing! I don’t know the humble chickens can be that beautiful!
