If you happen to live in Ann Arbor, you probably already be familiar with “Sluggo” the slug-like little alien created by David Zinn. The benevolent little green fellow has been appearing on sidewalks, walls and ledges since 2008, originally as a chalk drawing of a child that took a strange turn. Taking advantage of existing landscape features such as cracks in the sidewalk and lines on the road, Zinn makes his chalk cartoon character come to life – cleaning up leaves, interacting with nature and trying to lend a helping hand to those around him. Sluggo even has own Tumblr blog called Sluggo on the Street. Take a look and you will fall in love with it. [source]
