Before renovation, this two-level loft was just an uninspired white box chopped up into many small rooms. After purchased by the current owner, Studio VARA is required to transform it into a warm, modern and spacious loft that celebrates the view while offering two-bedroom suites for overnight guests.
The kitchen, a compact composition of white lacquer casework opens to harbor views over an over-sized island. The adjacent guest bedroom features a movable wall of hanging panels that can be hidden away, allowing the living room to seamlessly double in size. Overall, there are not many special about its interior while certain details like carpet, furniture and art work are well selected.
