Christine McConnell is one of our favorite food artist and this year, she continues to impress us with her 5-Foot-Tall Totally Edible Gingerbread Castle. This castle is the answer Christine gave when her was asked by the Food.com to create a holiday spread. Standing at around five feet tall, the impressive architecture took Christine a full month of 10 to 15 hours per day to finish. According to Christine, there is no supports of any kind and everything (aside from the lights) is edible. Quite amazing right? Not sure will the castle will be eventually eaten. However for me, no matter eat or eat, is a kind of waste.
