Not sure since when, the cake just doesn’t look like cake anymore. With all kinds of sculpted cake, sometimes you are not quite sure the thing in front of you is a cake. Just two months ago, we featured some unusual “Flower Bouquets Like “No Bake” Raw Vegan Cake” by Berlin-based pastry chef Juliana Tar and today we will present you another series of too beautiful to eat flower cake by Seoul-based pastry chef Atelier Soo.
Each of Soo’s single-tiered cakes are loaded with a bevy of beautiful blooms that display an impressive array of colors, sizes, and textures. With such thoughtful arrangement and exquisite petal construction, you can barely connect them with food at all. While the ingredient is not that complex – butter, confectioners sugar, and whipping cream are all the materials needed for realistic floral creations. Would you like a piece of the flower cake?
