People have different ways of celebrating their newborns. And when comes to artists, they might have even more creative / bizarre ways to do that.

When her daughter was born, Lucas de Ouro, visual artist based in Brazil, didn’t want to make the traditional birth pictures. To innovate, the father skillfully blend baby face into the scenes from famous paintings as “The Mona Lisa”, “Girl with a Pearl Earring” by Vermeer, and the painting “Self-portrait dedicated to Dr. Eloesser” by Frida Kahlo. Instead of the faces that we know well, the tiny face of Letícia can be found on these paintings. And at that time, Letícia was only 18 months old.

It is quite fun to see a baby face in these famous portraits. However, I am not quite sure when Letícia grows up, will she be happy. But her dad definitely did a great work of photoshopping her into these paintings.
