By combining baking with geometric shape, architectural elements and refined textures, Kasko imagines her desserts as if they are building and creates some really unique editable structures. The results are quite impressive and for some desserts, until you cut them into half, you might never treat them as dessert. “Mirror Glaze” by Olga Noskova

Look at these marbling creation, you might never connect it with cake at first sight. Created by Russian confectioner Olga Noskova, these sweets just look like marbled mirror but our daily cake. They are incredibly unique and the finishes are so shiny that they capture reflections. They are not only look prefect from outside, the insides of the cakes reveal perfect placement. For me they are more like an artwork instead of something should be eaten.
